The Jaecoo J6T is the rugged, off-road-leaning version of the Jaecoo J6 electric SUV, sold in Nepal by SPG Automobiles, the official Omoda and Jaecoo distributor. The "T" is not a formal AWD or long-range badge (this version is rear-wheel drive), it marks a tougher-looking, more capable variant of the standard J6: a raised body that lifts ground clearance to 225 mm, dual guard bumpers, a chunkier front power dome and a squarer, more boxy stance. Underneath it runs a 65.69 kWh LFP battery paired with a single 135 kW rear motor making 220 Nm, with a claimed 431 km range, a 150 km/h top speed, DC fast charging up to 130 kW and 6.6 kW AC home charging.
At 4433 x 1916 x 1741 mm it is a mid-size five-seater, and its off-road credentials (a 27 degree approach and 31 degree departure angle, plus a quoted 625 mm wading depth) are what set it apart from the road-focused J6. The pitch is clear: a battery SUV built for Nepal's broken roads and monsoon flooding rather than just smooth city commutes, and the 225 mm clearance is genuinely useful where most EVs scrape.
