Information accuracy
EV Nepal publishes vehicle prices and specifications for information only. Prices are ex-showroom, in Nepalese Rupees, and change frequently; specifications may include manufacturer claims. We work to keep data accurate and verify it against official and multiple sources, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm price, specifications and availability with an authorised dealer before making a purchase decision. EV Nepal is not liable for decisions made in reliance on Site content.
User-submitted content
The Site lets users post content such as used-vehicle listings, reviews and community posts. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post, and you must have the right to sell any vehicle you list. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful or abusive. EV Nepal is a listing platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
Acceptable use
- Do not post false, fraudulent or misleading listings.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish Site data at scale without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site or its users.
Intellectual property
Site content and compilations are owned by EV Nepal or its licensors. Manufacturer names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
Third-party links and advertising
The Site links to and may display advertising for third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, offers or content.
