Zontes ZT 155 Overview
The Zontes ZT 155-U1 is a compact motard style bike built around a 155cc, liquid cooled, 4 valve single with Bosch fuel injection that makes 19 PS at 9,250 rpm and 16 Nm at 7,500 rpm, sent through a 6 speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch. It uses a USD fork, a centrally mounted monoshock, 17 inch wheels at both ends, disc brakes front and rear and dual channel ABS, with a kerb weight of around 128 kg and a 12.5 litre tank.
In Nepal it is offered with diamond cut alloy wheels or tubeless cross spoke wheels, and it comes loaded for its size with passive keyless entry, Eco and Sport modes, LED lighting, handguards, crash bars and twin USB ports. The tall stance and generous ground clearance make it easy to ride over speed breakers and broken city roads, making it a feature rich alternative to typical 150cc to 160cc commuters.
